Furthermore, there will Never be an attempt to sell, distribute, or make available any of our customer's personal information. We do not send you unsolicited emails, However we will offer you the opportunity for special purchases through e-mail and if you tell us you don't want us to do it in the future we won't. We do record your transactions (purchases) with us in only the normal course of business for accounting purposes only. We are a family owned business and value your privacy as we do our own.

Return Policy

No returns on software. 30-day return on products. 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returns.

Any of our brand named products may have two year, three year, or lifetime warranties from the manufactures. These will have to be returned through them if outside the first year.

Payment Options

We do accept local checks within Walworth County only. We also accept cash. We do not accept credit cards of any type. Payment is to paid upon completion of services performed or the time of sale of any of our products. Customized computers and special orders are to be paid for in advance.
